120 ml lukewarm milk
60 g softened butter

1 pinch of salt
For the pastry cream:

500 ml milk
4 egg yolks
100 g sugar
40 g flour
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
For the chocolate topping:

150 g dark chocolate
40 g butter
