No-Oven Garlic and Parsley Bread

Ingredients:
For the dough:

2 cups (250g) all-purpose flour

1 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp salt

2 tbsp olive oil or melted butter

2/3 cup (160ml) warm water (adjust as needed)

For the garlic parsley butter:

3 tbsp butter (softened)

2–3 garlic cloves (minced or grated)

2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

Pinch of salt

Optional: grated Parmesan or chili flakes
