🧇 Ingredients for 1 burger (2 chaffles + topping):
For the chaffles (waffle buns):

1 egg

½ cup (approx. 50g) grated cheese (e.g., mozzarella or cheddar)

Optional: 1 tsp almond flour or coconut flour (for a more "doughy" feel)

Pinch of salt & Pepper

For the burger patty:

120–150g ground beef

Salt, pepper, and perhaps a little garlic powder or paprika

Toppings of your choice:

Lettuce leaves

Tomato or cucumber slices

Onions (raw or caramelized)

Gherkins

Sugar-free ketchup, mustard, or low-carb mayo

Cheese, bacon, avocado – as desired
