To stay grain- and gluten-free, we swap traditional burger buns for hard-boiled eggs. Then, we fill them with crispy bacon, creamy avocado, and nutrient-rich Roma tomatoes. No burger is complete without a little mayo. We like to use this healthy homemade mayo with apple cider vinegar, but you can also find paleo brands at your local grocery store or online retailers.
