Keto egg, bacon, and avocado bites for a protein-rich snack.
Equipment:
Frying Pan
Toothpicks
Ingredients:
120 grams of bacon, sliced into thin 7.5 cm squares
4 hard-boiled eggs
1 large avocado, thinly sliced
1 Roma tomato, thinly sliced
1 tbsp paleo mayonnaise
Instructions:
Fry the bacon slices in a large skillet over medium heat for 5 minutes per side, or until crispy. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
Remove the shells from the hard-boiled eggs and cut them in half lengthwise.
Assemble the burgers by placing a slice of bacon, avocado, and tomato between each egg half.
Put a toothpick in the middle of each burger to hold everything in place. Serve and enjoy!
