I could eat this every day: a quick minced meat dish with noodles

Ingredients (serves 3-4):
300-400g ground beef (beef or mixed)

300g pasta (e.g., penne, fusilli, spirelli)

1 onion, diced

1 garlic clove, finely chopped

1 bell pepper, diced (optional)

2 tbsp tomato paste

1 can diced tomatoes (400g)

150ml vegetable or beef broth

100ml cream or cream cheese (to taste)

1 tsp sweet paprika

Salt, pepper, chili to taste

Fresh herbs (e.g., parsley or basil)

Grated cheese for sprinkling (optional)
