I could eat this every day: a quick minced meat dish with noodles

Cook the pasta

Cook in salted water according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain.

Fry the ground beef

Heat a little oil in a large pan.

Sauté the onions and garlic until translucent, then add the ground beef and fry until crumbly.

Season and add the tomatoes.

Stir in the tomato paste and roast briefly.

Add the bell pepper, chopped tomatoes, and broth.

Season with salt, pepper, paprika, and chili powder, if desired.

Creamyness & Finish

Stir in the cream or cream cheese and let it simmer for about 5 minutes.

Mix in the pasta and mix well.

Serve

Sprinkle with fresh herbs and grated cheese, if desired.

Done – serve!

🔄 Variations:
Spice it up with zucchini, corn, or frozen peas.

Use gnocchi instead of pasta – super creamy!

For extra flavor: mix in some ajvar or mustard.
