Grilled Salmon with Dill

Ingredients
– 2 salmon steaks (≈ 300 g each)
– 20 g chopped fresh dill
– 30 ml extra virgin olive oil – 3 g fine salt – 2 g ground black pepper
Preparation Steps
🐟 Remove the salmon steaks 10 minutes before cooking so they are at room temperature.
🫒 In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, dill, salt, and pepper.
🔪 Generously brush the salmon steaks with this mixture on each side.
🔥 Heat a nonstick pan over medium-high heat. Lay the paving stones skin-side down, if using; cook for 4 minutes without moving them.
🔄 Carefully turn the cobblestones; cook for 3 minutes, depending on the thickness, until the flesh is just pink.
🌿 Remove from heat and let stand for 2 minutes; drizzle with dill-scented oil before serving.
