Ingredients:
For the dough:
250 g fine flour (BL55)
250 g butter or margarine, cold, cut into cubes
250 g cow’s curd (fattier, creamier curd is better)
A pinch of salt
For the pudding filling:
1 packet vanilla pudding powder (approx. 40 g)
500 ml milk
3-4 tablespoons sugar (to taste, depending on the sugar content of the pudding powder)
On top (optional):
Icing sugar for sprinkling
