Base:

2 celery stalks, diced

Protein:
1 can (15 oz) red kidney beans, drained and rinsed (or 1½ cups cooked beans)

Optional: 1 smoked sausage (like andouille), sliced

Spices (Cajun Seasoning):
1½ tsp smoked paprika

1 tsp dried thyme

1 tsp dried oregano

½ tsp cayenne pepper (adjust to taste)

Rice & Liquids:
