1 small green pepper (or hot chili), diced
1–2 cloves garlic, minced
1 handful fresh parsley, chopped
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil (Tunisian olive oil if possible!)
Juice of ½ lemon
Salt and black pepper to taste
Optional:
– 1 hard-boiled egg (sliced or chopped)
– A few black olives or capers
