Meat:

4 pork neck slices (approximately 800 g)

2 tablespoons oil

1 teaspoon sweet paprika

1/2 teaspoon hot paprika

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Vegetables:

1 small head of green cabbage

1 red onion

2 to 3 garlic cloves
1 handful of cherry tomatoes

1 teaspoon cumin (optional)

2 to 3 tablespoons clarified butter or oil
