For the Dough (or use store-bought flatbread or sandwich bread):
1½ cups all-purpose flour

1/2 cup water (add gradually)
1 tbsp oil (for kneading)
For the Filling (simple version):
1 medium potato, boiled and mashed
1/2 cup grated cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or any meltable kind)
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped fresh herbs (like parsley or cilantro)
Salt, pepper, and optional chili flakes or cumin to taste
