🥣 Minced Meat & Kefir Skillet Cakes
(Soft, savory, and satisfying — no yeast, no oven!)

📝 Ingredients:
300 g (about 10 oz) minced meat (beef, chicken, or a mix)

1 cup kefir (or plain yogurt)

1 egg

1–1.5 cups flour

1 small onion (grated or finely chopped)

1/2 tsp baking soda

Salt and pepper to taste

Optional: herbs, garlic, chili flakes

Oil for frying
