How to cook delicious chicken: For this dish you will need:

Ingredients

For the chicken thighs:

6-8 chicken thighs
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon paprika
Black pepper to taste
3 garlic cloves (crushed)
2 tablespoons olive oil
Cling film (for marinating)

Stuffed:

1 large onion (finely chopped)
250g mushrooms (finely chopped)
120g cheese (grated)
1 teaspoon dried thyme
Butter (piece)
Fresh parsley (chopped)
Salt and pepper to taste
For the sauce: 2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon honey
1 teaspoon sweet chili sauce
½ teaspoon turmeric
Preparation

Prepare the chicken:
Prepare the chicken thighs: Wash the thighs and dry them thoroughly with paper towels. Carefully remove the bone from each thigh, leaving a layer of meat on the skin. Season the chicken: In a bowl, combine salt, paprika, black pepper, crushed garlic, and olive oil. Rub both thighs thoroughly with this mixture. Let marinate in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
Prepare the stuffing:
Sauté the onion and mushrooms: Sauté the finely chopped onion in a pan with a little oil and butter for 5–7 minutes. Add the chopped mushrooms, salt, pepper, and thyme. Cook until the mushrooms are tender. Remove from heat.
Stir in the cheese: Place the mushrooms and onion in a bowl. Add the grated cheese and chopped parsley and mix well.
