Truffle Tiramisu is a gourmet variation of the famous Italian dessert, combining the melt-in-your-mouth texture of a chocolate truffle with the sweet, creamy flavor of mascarpone. This recipe requires only 4 simple ingredients, making it easy to prepare and delicious.
Ingredients
250g mascarpone
50g caster sugar
A strong espresso
150-300g ladyfingers
Preparation
Mix the mascarpone cheese with the caster sugar and coffee.
Add the crumbled biscuits and mix. Refrigerate for 30 minutes or freeze for 15 minutes to speed up the process.
Once cooled, take a portion of the dough and flatten it with your hands, add a little hazelnut cream to the center, and roll it into a ball.
Roll the ball in cocoa powder, and your truffle is ready.
