200g dark chocolate
1 small can of sweetened condensed milk (397g)
3 eggs
55g flour
——> For a 20cm mold
Preheat the oven to 180°C
Melt the dark chocolate in a bain-marie
Off the heat, stir in the sweetened condensed milk
Add the eggs one at a time, mixing between each addition
Pour in the sifted flour and mix again
Bake for 16 minutes
And that's it
