🥦 Cauliflower Bomb with Minced Meat

Cook time: 45–60 min
🛒 Ingredients:
1 whole cauliflower (medium-sized)
500g (1 lb) minced meat (beef, lamb, or a mix)
1 onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 egg
2–3 tbsp breadcrumbs (or almond flour for low-carb)
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp cumin
Salt & pepper to taste
Fresh parsley or dill (chopped)
Optional: 100g cheese (mozzarella or cheddar), grated
Olive oil or melted butter for brushing
