🍎 Apple Brownie Recipe (Blondie-style)
Ingredients:
1/2 cup (115g) unsalted butter, melted

1 cup (200g) light brown sugar, packed

1 large egg

1 tsp vanilla extract

1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

1/4 tsp ground nutmeg (optional)

1/4 tsp salt

1 cup (125g) all-purpose flour

1 1/2 cups (about 2 small) peeled, diced apples (firm, like Granny Smith or Honeycrisp)

1/2 cup chopped walnuts or pecans (optional)

Optional Brown Sugar Glaze:
2 tbsp butter

1/4 cup brown sugar

1 tbsp milk or cream

1/2 cup powdered sugar
