Today, I'd like to share with you a very simple recipe for lazy cabbage rolls baked in the oven. To prepare them, I use a special sauce that makes the dish even more flavorful.

To begin, I buy ready-made minced meat, but you can easily grind high-quality meat yourself in a meat grinder, according to your preferences.
To prepare, you need:
Boil water in a saucepan. At the same time, chop the cabbage and pour boiling water over it in a bowl. Let it sit on the table for a while.

Soak the rice in hot water in a separate bowl.

Finely chop the onion and add it to the ground beef.

Mix the minced meat with the onion, then drain the water from the cabbage, squeeze it, and add it to the minced meat. Also drain the water from the rice and add it to the minced meat.

Beat a chicken egg in a bowl, add salt and black pepper.

Add the finely chopped onions and grated carrots.
