🛒 Ingredients (makes 6):
For the naan bread:
250g flour
125ml yogurt (Greek or full-fat yogurt)
1/2 sachet dried yeast (3-4g)
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp sugar
2 tbsp oil (plus a little extra for frying)
If the dough is too dry, add a splash of warm water.
For the filling:
150–200 g grated cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or a mix)
1 garlic clove (chopped or crushed, optional)
Fresh cilantro or parsley (optional)
