π©βπ³ How to make it:
1. Prepare the dough:
Mix flour, yeast, sugar, salt, and baking powder in a bowl.
Add yogurt and oil and knead into a smooth dough (if it's too dry, add a little warm water).
Cover and let rise in a warm place for about 1 hour (or until doubled in size).
2. Prepare the filling:
Mix the grated cheese with garlic and, if desired, some fresh herbs.
3. Shape the naan and set aside. Filling:
Divide the dough into 6 equal pieces.
Roll each ball into a small circle.
Place a tablespoon of the cheese mixture in the center.
Fold it into a pouch and press firmly together.
Turn it over (seam side down) and carefully roll it out into a flat log about 0.5 cm thick.
4. Bake:
Heat a frying pan (without oil!) over medium heat.
Bake each naan bread for about 2-3 minutes per side, until golden brown spots appear.
For an extra flavor boost, brush with melted butter with garlic and cilantro, if desired. π€€

You can even freeze them and reheat them in a pan or oven
π Variation tips:
Spicy version: Add chili flakes or jalapeΓ±o to the cheese
Sweet and savory: Combine mozzarella with a drizzle of honey and walnuts
