250 g (1 cup) granulated sugar
120 g (1/2 cup) packed brown sugar
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
700 g (2 1/2 cups) all-purpose flour

120 g (1/2 teaspoon) baking powder
120 g (1/2 teaspoon) salt
