Ingredients
– About twenty (15 for me) apricots
– 180g sifted flour
– 150-140g caster sugar
– 1 sachet vanilla sugar
– 1 pinch salt
– 1 tsp vanilla powder or extract or 1/2 scraped vanilla pod
– 90g melted butter
– 6 eggs
– 450ml milk
– 1 tbsp brown sugar
– slivered almonds
– icing sugar (optional)
