In a bowl we put the eggs, the milk and the teaspoon of sugar. Mix everything well.
Now add the flour and mix everything together. Make sure that the mixture does not contain any lumps.
Add the melted butter and the lukewarm water. Mix everything well again.
We grease a pan with a little oil and put it on medium heat.
As soon as the mixture is warm, we pour it into the pan with a ladle, trying to cover the entire bottom. Brown on one side and brown on the other.
We repeat this step until the mixture is used up. We have booked.
We, on the other hand, put the rice in a saucepan to cook. Remember that for each cup of rice you need 2 cups of water. Let it cool when it is ready.
