Hello everyone! Today I want to share with you a recipe for very appetizing, soft and aromatic bagels made from yeast dough. I decided to cook them with a curd filling.
Cooking method:
First I activate the yeast. I pour in a tablespoon of sugar from the amount indicated in the recipe and add warm milk.
I mix all the ingredients and leave the yeast in a warm place to activate.
In a large bowl, beat two eggs with a pinch of salt until smooth.
Add the sugar, vanilla sugar and yeast, mix everything well.
Gradually add the flour, first kneading the dough with a spoon.
When the dough begins to form a lump, I transfer it to the table and continue kneading.
Gradually add the softened butter, adding it in parts and, if necessary, adding more flour.
I knead the dough for at least ten minutes.
I form a ball with the dough, place it in a bowl greased with vegetable oil and leave it in a warm place for an hour. I use the oven with the light on. After an hour, I knead it again and let it rise for an hour.
