These Lemon Basil Salmon Rolls are a light, flavorful, and protein-packed dish that combines tender salmon with zesty lemon and fresh basil. Ingredients
(Makes 6 Rolls)

For the Filling:

1 cup cooked salmon (flaked) or 6 slices of smoked salmon

¼ cup cream cheese (softened)

2 tablespoons fresh basil (chopped)

1 teaspoon lemon zest

1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

½ teaspoon garlic powder

¼ teaspoon salt

¼ teaspoon black pepper

For Assembly:

6 thin slices of smoked salmon (or cooked salmon fillets sliced thin)

1 teaspoon olive oil (for brushing, if baking)
Extra lemon slices & basil leaves for garnish
