Filet Mignon with Boursin Mushroom Sauce

🛒 Ingredients:
🥩 2 Filet Mignon steaks (approx. 200 g each)
🍄 200 g mushrooms, sliced
🧄 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
🧈 2 tablespoons butter
🌿 1 teaspoon fresh thyme or parsley
🥛 100 ml cream 30%
🧀 100 g Boursin cheese (or cream cheese with garlic and herbs)
🍷 50 ml white wine (optional, but it enhances the flavour!)
🧂 Salt and pepper to taste
🌿 Olive oil for frying
