Ingredients
50g almonds (1.7 oz)
50g walnuts (1.7 oz)
50g hazelnuts (1.7 oz)
80g salted peanuts (2.8 oz). )
30 g pumpkin seeds (1 oz)
30 g sunflower seeds (1 oz)
120 g dates, pitted (4.2 oz)
100 g dried apricots (3.5 oz)
40 g dried cranberries (1.4 oz)
60 g raisins (2.1 oz)
Instructions
Prepare the nuts and seeds:
Lightly toast the almonds, walnuts, hazelnuts, pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds in a dry skillet over medium heat for about 5 minutes, stirring frequently, until golden brown and fragrant. Let cool. Process the dried fruit:
Place the pitted dates, dried apricots, dried cranberries and raisins in a food processor. Blend until the mixture is sticky and well combined.
