Chicken with mustard and delicious bacon

Ingredients:
- 4 chicken thighs
- 150g bacon
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 200ml crème fraîche
- 250ml chicken stock
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil
- Provencal herbs

Instructions:
1. Heat a little olive oil in a large frying pan over medium heat. Add the bacon and cook until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
