Chicken with mustard and delicious bacon

2. Place the chicken thighs in the same pan. Brown on each side for about 5 minutes.

3. Stir in the onion and garlic and cook until translucent.

4. Add the mustard and stir well to completely coat the chicken.

5. Add the chicken stock and crème fraîche. Return the bacon to the pan. Season with salt, pepper and Provencal herbs.

6. Reduce the heat, cover the pan and simmer for about 30 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through and tender.

7. Serve warm, with pasta or seasonal vegetables.
