🍆 2 medium aubergines (thinly sliced)
🍖 150 g Parma ham (or cooked)
🧀 200 g ricotta (or cream cheese)
🧀 50 g grated parmesan cheese (for the filling and sprinkling)
🥫 200 ml tomato puree (or canned diced tomatoes)
🌿 Fresh basil (a few leaves for decoration)
🥄 2 tablespoons olive oil
🧂 Salt and 🧂 pepper to taste
