1 packet of dry yeast
1 pinch of salt
50 g butter, soft
1 egg
150 ml milk, warm
For the crumble:
250 - 300 g flour
250 g butter, cold
250 g sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
For the glaze:
250 g powdered sugar, sifted water
