300 g nuts, whole
150 g sugar
2 tbsp cocoa powder, (slightly heaped)
1 tbsp cinnamon
1 pinch(s) of salt
1 tsp mace
1 tsp cardamom
1 tsp allspice, ground
1 tsp clove(s), ground
1 kg flour
1 ½ packs of baking powder
For brushing:
1 egg(s), whisked
50 g almond(s), sliced
