Ingredients:
For the rolls:

1/2 tsp bicarbonate of soda
1/4 tsp salt
60g cold butter, cut into pieces
120ml milk
1 tbsp vanilla extract
For the cheesecake filling:
300g cream cheese (Philadelphia type)
100g icing sugar
1 tbsp vanilla extract
250ml double cream
200g fresh strawberries, cut into small pieces
