2 lbs (908 gr) ground chicken
1 egg
¼ cup (60 ml) bread crumbs, plain
2 tsp (10 ml) minced onion
11/2 tsp (7.5 ml) garlic powder
½ tsp (2.5 ml) dried parsley
1½ tsp (7.5 ml) salt
½ tsp (2.5 ml) ground black pepper
¼ cup (60 ml) mayonnaise
6 slices ham of your choice
6 slices Swiss cheese
¾ cup (190 ml) breadcrumbs or Panko for garnish

Creamy Dijon sauce
3 tbsp (45 ml) butter
3 tbsp (45 ml) (45 ml) flour
¼ cup (60 ml) 35% cooking or whipping cream
1 cup (250 ml) milk
1 tsp (5 ml) Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp (15 ml) Dijon mustard
½ cup (125 ml) grated Parmesan cheese
¼ tsp (1.25 ml) nutmeg
Pinch of salt and pepper to taste
