Baked Cabbage with Meatballs
Ingredients:

For the meatballs:

1 lb ground beef (beef, pork, or a combination)
1 medium onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 egg
1/4 cup breadcrumbs
1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
Salt and ground black pepper, to taste
1 tsp paprika (optional)
For the baked cabbage:

1 medium head of green cabbage, quartered and blanched
2 tbsp olive oil
1 medium onion, sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 can (14 oz) crushed tomatoes
1 tsp sugar
Salt and ground black pepper, to taste
1/2 cup beef or vegetable broth
Instructions:
