Fresh Strawberries 2 cups
Granulated Sugar 1/4 cup
Lemon Juice 1 tablespoon
For the Mousse:
Heavy Cream 1 1/2 cups
Powdered Sugar 1/2 cup
Vanilla Extract 1 teaspoon
Gelatin 3 teaspoons
Cold Water 1/4 cup
For Garnish (Optional):
Fresh Strawberries
