Ingredients:
1 fresh octopus (about 1 kg)
1 teaspoon of sweet paprika
1 teaspoon of Espelette pepper (optional)
4 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
1 clove of garlic (finely chopped)
1 lemon (juice)
Salt and pepper
A few sprigs of fresh parsley for decoration
Preparation:
Prepare the octopus:
Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to the boil. Add the octopus and cook for about 40 to 50 minutes, until tender.
Drain the octopus, let it cool, then cut it into thin slices.
