Ingredients
1 cup rolled oats
1 cup pitted dates
1/2 cup nuts (e.g., almonds, walnuts, or pecans)
2 tbsp peanut butter or almond butter
2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla extract
Optional: 2 tbsp shredded coconut, cocoa powder, or chia seeds for rolling
