Oatmeal and Date Balls Recipe

Add the oats, dates, and nuts to a food processor. Pulse until the mixture is crumbly.
Add the peanut butter, honey, cinnamon, salt, and vanilla extract. Blend until the mixture comes together and forms a sticky dough.
3. Shape the Balls:
Scoop out about 1 tablespoon of the mixture and roll it between your palms to form a ball.
If desired, roll the balls in shredded coconut, cocoa powder, or chia seeds for extra flavor and texture.
4. Chill:
Place the balls on a tray lined with parchment paper and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
Storage:
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week or in the freezer for up to 3 months.
