Here is the recipe for chocolate pastry cream:
180ml of milk
2 egg yolks
30g of sugar
10g of cornstarch
60g of dark chocolate
1 tsp of vanilla extract
20g of butter
Blanch the egg yolks and sugar, then add the cornstarch, mix well.
In a saucepan pour the milk, bring to the boil.
After pour a little milk on the eggs, whisk well, then add everything to the saucepan.
Heat and whisk without stopping stirring until the mixture thickens.
