150g flour
120g butter

Preparation:
In a saucepan, heat the butter, sugar, salt, water, and vanilla sugar, bring to the boil, off the heat add the flour all at once, mix well with a wooden spoon, then put back on the heat to dry out, until the dough comes away from the pan. Remove from heat and move the dough into the bowl of the food processor, and cool the dough by mixing with the leaf, adding the eggs one by one (the dough should be smooth and shiny) then put in a piping bag, pipe onto baking paper, sprinkle with sugar pearls, heat the oven to 180 degrees, bake for 20 to 25 minutes until it has a nice golden color
