Arabic Chicken with Garlic and Lemon with Potatoes and Onions

Here’s a simple and delicious recipe for baked chicken and potatoes:

Ingredients:
4 chicken thighs (skinless or otherwise, your preference)
4 medium potatoes, peeled and thickly sliced
2 medium onions, quartered
4 whole garlic cloves, lightly crushed
2 L’Olivenöl
1 Teelöffel Paprika
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
chopped fresh parsley (optional), for garnish
Directions:
Preheat your oven and prepare your baking sheet:
Preheat the oven to 200°C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease with oil.
Season the chicken:
In a bowl, mix together the olive oil, paprika, oregano, rosemary, salt and pepper. Add chicken thighs to mixture, making sure evenly coated.
Place chicken and potatoes on baking sheet:
Place potato slices evenly in bottom of pan. Place seasoned chicken pieces on top of potatoes. Evenly distribute garlic cloves and onion cloves around chicken and potatoes.
