Ingredients :
250 g of currants
100 grams of butter
150 g of powdered sugar
2 eggs
100 g of flour
50 g de maïzena
1 teaspoon of the chemical yeast
4 egg whites
150 g of icing sugar
Preparation:
Preheat your oven to 180°C.
In a salad bowl, beat butter with powdered sugar. Add the eggs one by one, then incorporate the flour, corn and chemical yeast.
Mix the dough well and pour it in a buttered mold.
