1/2 cup coconut cream (or non-dairy yogurt)
1 package (3.4 oz) vegan cheesecake pudding mix (or a homemade blend of cornstarch and vanilla for a healthier option)
1 tbsp vanilla extract
3 tbsp maple syrup (or another sweetener of your choice)
1 tbsp lemon juice (for a bit of tang)
