I share with you another way to store cilantro, parsley, mint, peppermint, basil and make them last a long time.

You need: a jar that can be sealed tightly, a piece of plastic bag that covers the mouth of the jar and a napkin, one of those paper ones for kitchen.
Steps:

Wash and disinfect the cilantro well.
Cut off the excess stem. You see that it is very long, and remove ALL THE EXPOSED LEAVES or the yellow ones. Only the very green ones are good. If you miss a rotten one, it will contaminate everything else.
Shake it and spread it on a kitchen towel, UNTIL THEY ARE FREE OF MOISTURE.
Once they are dry, cut it into manageable pieces.
