Ingredients
Vegetable Broth 2cups
Medium-sized chopped Onion 1
Crushed Garlic 1tsp
Nutritional Yeast 3tbsps
Dark Soy Sauce 1tbsp
Dijon Mustard 1/2tsp
All Purpose flour 1/4cup
Vegan Butter 2tbsps
Ground Black pepper, 1/2tsp
Salt, to taste
Instructions
Take a small pot and add vegan butter to this pot. Melt it over a medium heat.
Add garlic and onion to this butter. Sautee it for 4-5 minutes until light brown.
Next, add all-purpose flour with onions.
For 4-65 minutes cook it over a slow flame until flour is mixed well with onions.
Add vegetable broth, and stir it continuously to prevent lumps.
Now, add the soy sauce, nutritional yeast, Dijon mustard, salt, and black pepper with broth.
Whisk all ingredients and cook it over medium heat until the gravy mixture boils.
After that, reduce the flame and set aside the pot.
Garnish it with chopped parsley.
