Ingredients:
- 4 lobster tails 🦞
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice 🍋
- 3 cloves garlic, minced 🧄
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped 🌿
- 1 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped 🌿
- 1 tsp paprika 🌶
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional) 🌶
- 1/2 tsp salt 🧂
- 1/4 tsp black pepper 🧂
- 2 tbsp olive oil 🫒
- Lemon wedges, for serving 🍋

Directions:
1️⃣ Prepare the Lobster Tails:
- Using kitchen shears, cut down the top shell of each lobster tail, stopping at the base.
- Gently pull the lobster meat out of the shell, leaving the end attached, and lay it on top of the shell. 🦞
2️⃣ Marinate the Lobster:
- In a large bowl, combine white wine, lemon juice, garlic, parsley, cilantro, paprika, red pepper flakes (if using), salt, black pepper, and olive oil. Mix well.
- Place lobster tails in the bowl, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, up to 2 hours. 🍋🧄🌿
