Ingredients:
4 slices Texas toast (thick bread preferred for texture)
8 tablespoons chocolate peanut butter (or Nutella, divided)
1 medium banana (thinly sliced)
2 large eggs π₯
ΒΌ cup milk π₯ (unsweetened cashew milk or any milk of choice)
1 tablespoon granulated sugar π¬
Β½ teaspoon cinnamon π§
2 tablespoons unsalted butter π§ (for griddling)
Instructions:
1οΈβ£ Prepare the Sandwiches:
Spread about 2 tablespoons of chocolate peanut butter on each slice of Texas toast.
Evenly layer the sliced bananas on two of the slices of bread.
Place the remaining bread slices on top of the banana slices, chocolate peanut butter side down. Set the sandwiches aside.
